I had my daughter in 2023, and her birth was a bittersweet experience. I was so excited to meet her, but also fearful of the unknowns. I didn’t have the information and support I needed, so I ended up having a cesarean and feeling disempowered. After overcoming my experience and becoming a certified birth doula, my passion is to help other families with the informational and emotional support that I needed too. I’m ready to help you feel excited and empowered with every contraction!

Prenatal planing Our prenatal planing services are designed to provide comprehensive support and education for expectant parents throughout their pregnancy journey. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where both parents feel well-informed, confident, and actively involved in the pregnancy and birthing process. We also aim to prepare you for your postpartum, focusing not only on your healing process, but also on your adjustment with a new life. These visits are tailored to help you align your birth and postpartum experience with your personal goals and values, ultimately leading to better birth outcomes, a more positive childbirth experience and a thriving postpartum period.

Studies show that doulas significantly increase birth satisfaction, and decrease the use of unnecessary interventions. Your birth doula is also your advocate to help you stick to your birth plan, even if you experience push back from your nurses or doctor. I also help my clients prepare for birth, which means they enter the birth room with more confidence in their ability to birth their baby, decreasing anxiety and fear!

We support all types of birth! Including natural, medicated, and cesarean births. Our goal is to help you have a safe, positive, and fulfilling birth experience, no matter how you choose to give birth.

If I can’t attend your birth due to a family emergency, being sick, etc, I will have a backup doula that will replace me. You’ll learn about my backup doula in our prenatal meetings, so you’re familiar with her!

I recommend booking your birth doula services in your second trimester. This ensures I have space for you on my calendar, and we have plenty of time to build our relationship!
